ME

I’m Alicia Skuza, a dedicated property expert, and certified professional coach and mentor. With years of hands-on experience in the residential property market, I’ve helped both first-time and long-term investors to navigate tenancy issues, managed more than 600 properties during my career, and provided high-end lettings and sales services to the most demanding clients.


I’ve completed Level 5 Coaching Professional training through BPP University — positioning myself to pursue membership with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). Using GROW and Solution-Focused Coaching approaches, I bring clarity, strategy and momentum to both your property and professional journeys.


My mission? To empower you with confidence, insight and real-world results through Property Mentoring and Life Coaching.
